Hampton Inn not paying its employees
I wonder if this is representative of ALL Hampton Inns. ARTICLE
Commercials
Hampton Inn commercials are the STUPIDEST and gayest of any hotel. Obviously, using the Beatle's songs blows, but all the other are even lamer. Gross.

Hampton Inn construction on land claimed by Native Americans
Native American protesters are blocking construction of a new Hampton Inn hotel in Brandtford, Ontario, Canada. Members of the Six Nations shut down the work site because a land claim's dispute. Here's the article. Once again, there are no comments issued by Hampton Inn on the matter, though I'm sure the corporate division had to have given approval for the new hotel site before building began. As we all know, Hampton Inn Sucks and Blows!

Hampton Inn employee fights off attempted rape!!
Thank god the woman working behind the desk at this Hampton Inn in New Jersey escaped, see article.
What's truly amazing is that her BLOODY fingerprint was found on the panic button behind the desk that she tried to repeatedly press thinking she was calling the police during the 30 minute ordeal while the man pursued her and tore her clothes off.
Guess what? The panic button WASN'T WORKING!! Here's a link to the local news report. Beware, it's disturbing. Amazing, the manager, the next day, had put this message on the marquee outside "Front Desk Help Wanted".
Still, thank god she didn't suffer more harm than was done.

Hilton Hotels Corporation Rolls out Flexible Work-at-Home Program
Just announced reservation agent "work-at-home" plan. I wonder if those employees working from home are given computers to take, tech support on their computers, and if not, depreciation cost on their own computers? Of course the article fails to mention how much money will be saved by the company because of saved office space. I can imagine them cutting back on child care offerings for their employees by simply saying, "Hey, why not work at home?" I also imagine "work at home" means "work in Bangledesh and the Philippines" where wages are low low low.
Thanks Hilton, you're REALLY looking out for us!!!
HILTON@HOME BLOWS almost as much as HAMPTON INN BLOWS!!

Bed Bugs at your local Hampton Inn??
I wonder if the Hotel that Blows has done anything about the series of complaints regarding BED BUGS at a few of their locations (including its big sister, the Hilton)?
Has this ever happened to you?? article
My friends at the Consumerist, a website that allows people like us to voice complaints without being covered up by the big corporate machines, have this great article on BED BUGS at hotels.
Email me your experiences, I'd like to share them with others.
For anyone who wants up close and personal views of the BED BUGS, look here.

I bet they wished they'd stayed away from that NASTY Hampton Inn hot tub!
Three more people confirmed with Legionnaires's Disease after hopping in the Hampton Inn hot tub. Here's the article. I can't find a quote from the hotel. I looked on the corporate website to try to see if there is a press release, apology, expression of sympathy, etc., but nothing. The latest press release was an announcement of the refurbishing of Laura Ingalls Wilder's "Little House". Hampton Inn REALLY blows!!
